Service Plans allow you to create recurring revenue for your business. A Service Plan can be associated with an SI Project but they can be for additional functionality. Service Plans have their own reporting capability but some details from them can be displayed on existing stock Client Reports.


To create or manage Service Plans, click Start->Service->Manage Service Plans:

You can also create and manage Service Plans via a tab at the bottom of the Project Explorer:
