Change Order History

This page describes the Change Order History report. Learn more about Change Orders.

Header

 

Displayed at the top of report is your company information, report name, client name, and client address.

Body


The fields that display are Name, Change Order Number, Status, Approved On, Price, and Hours. This is followed by a summary section displaying the total for each of the Change Order Statuses: Approved, Pending, Rejected, and Internal.

By default, the Approved Project, Approved Change Orders, and the Current Project pricing and hours will display. You can choose whether or not to display Approved, Pending, Rejected, or Internal Change Orders in the report via Report Settings:

Page Footer

 

The footer displays the Project Name, Project Number, Revision Number, Date Printed, and Page Number.

Additional Information

 

You can also choose to display Change History History at the end of Proposal, Line Item Detail, and Quote reports.

Another way to view Change Order History within SI is to open the view from the Project Explorer->Change Orders tab:
