Error -2147217833 (ConvertSI5XMLtoShadowDatabase)

Symptoms: When attempting to open a project you get the following error:

Error in Object: ConvertSI5XMLtoShadowDatabase

Error Description: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.

Error Number:-2147217833

Cause: The maximum number of characters in a Location ID is 10. 

Solution: Right Click on a project in the Project Grid and choose View Project Information.  Go to the Locations tab and review your component IDs for all locations.
