Server was unable to process the request

Symptoms: When attempting to connect to the server after working in offline mode you receive the following error:
 
Description: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.  For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

Cause:  While disconnected from the server or network a change was made to the shared products folder causing it to lose its shared properties.
 
Solution:  You will need to re-share your Products folder correctly (DToolsV5ProductShare) and be sure that “Everyone” has full access or Co-Owner for that folder.
