Yes/no check box field. Check for Yes if the item is serialized and the manufacturer provides he item with a serial number
Part Number
Item number or ordering number, text field. This is usually a coded alphanumeric field that uniquely identifies the item when ordering.
SKU
Text field. Short for stock keeping unit. Can be used to uniquely identify a specific piece of equipment down o color and size options.
UPC Code
Whole number field. Used for bar code readers
Unit of measure
Pick list field. Indicate the unit of measure that the item is sold. Options are EA (each), PR (pair), DZ (dozen), YD (yard), FT (foot), 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 10 Pack
UPC Code

Freight Class
Text field. Can the item travel by standard freight (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) or must it travel by truck.
Freight Policy
Text field. Any special freight arrangement that may apply to this item. for example "free freight with 10 purchase".
Drop Ship?
Yes/no check box field, default = no. Can the item be shipped direct to the end user's site if requested?
Freight Code
Pick list field. means that freight charges are paid up to a specific point. Choices are SP (shipping point), PO (point of origin), Dest (destination)
Certificate for Origin
Text field. States where the item was built.
Replacement Product Name
Text field. If the Item Status of the product is Discontinued put the replacement model, if applicable here.
DIM Weight

Weight Unit of Measure
Pick list field. Weigh unit of measure. Choices are LB, OZ, KG, GR
FOB
Stands for Freight On Board. It means the freight charges are paid to that point. Can be SP or shipping Point. PO, Point of Origin. Dest, Destination.
