Details
The Labor Explorer is where you can add/edit/delete Labor Items in your SI 2016 Catalog. You can access this via the Start button->Catalog->Manage Labor:
There are various tabs and buttons along the top ribbon of the interface:
Your Labor Items display in a grid. You can change what columns display in the grid via the Layouts tab:
