  • Change Orders - re-engineered change order and revision process with support multiple persistent change orders in Project Editor with approval process. Multiple pending change orders can be worked on in a single project. Support internal and external change orders.

Hotfix 1


  • Project Editor items can be repositioned after item update
  • Clients are not listing in alphabetic order in New Project Wizard client dropdown
  • Refresh on Project Editor does not refresh location and system grouping
  • When cloning items with accessories in an unapproved project they may not aggregate correctly on client proposal reports
  • Replace on Approved Items is disconnecting the shapes/blocks 
  • Revision compare of an approved and unapproved projects do not show deleted items in unapproved project
  • Importing projects can change revision price and remove tax and phase information on revisions.
  • Remove prompt for "Do you want to check in project"
  • Site Address does not default to client site address in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Create Estimate in QuickBooks dialog has additional blank button on ribbon
  • Extra space in warning message when unpublishing a Service Order
  • Move up and down not working properly in manage project number format dialog
  • Extra column GroupId displays when creating new snippet in insert snippet dialog

Hotfix 2


  • Project can lose connection to Mobile Quote after project check in and check out [Server update also required]*
  • Arrange Items on reports not working properly after project check in and check out [Server update also required]
  • Non-billable and Client Number field may loose value on check-in/check-out [Server update also required]
  • Project can prompt to add Mobile Install Site Items even after site items are added to project after project check in and check out [Server update also required]
  • Price Rules may not work when Unit Cost is the source field [Server update required]
  • Crash error occurs when importing catalog products with the price type which is not used in catalog
  • “Ignore labor in products” option is disabled in the catalog package
  • “Maintain margin/markup and recalculate price” may not work when mass updating unit cost in Project Editor
  • Updating similar items should not change approved project item bulk wire length
  • Accessories inheriting discount from parent item in projects
  • Maintain Shape to be disabled on replace products if all items approved
  • Crash error occurs when creating a revision with special characters in revision name during project approved or change order approved
  • Equipment price total is having rounding issue in the project summary report for project items with discount
