  1. The Work Order will display in the grid with a New Task already assigned to it. A Work Order must have a Task assigned to it.

The only thing you can edit on a Work Order is the name.

  1. Edit the Task assigned to the Work Order and/or select other Tasks in the grid to assign to the Work Order.
  2. To add existing Tasks to the Work Order, click on the Tasks to select them, select multiple Tasks by holding down Shift (to select a series) or Ctrl (to select outside of a series). Then click the [Add to Work Order] button. Select any existing Work Order in the Schedule and click [OK].
