Snippets allow you to add "boilerplate" text to fields in SI. Snippets save you time by allowing you to re-use text.

Snippets are available for use in the following fields:

For Products - Long Description, and Custom Properties 12-14.

For Projects - Scope of Work, Notes, Location Descriptions, System Descriptions

For Tasks and Service Orders - Notes

You can Add/Edit/Delete Snippets from your list. Below is the New Snippet form:

Snippet Groups allow you to organize your Snippets. Clicking this button will allow you to create/modify your groups:
