Tasks can be created to schedule work to be done on a Project. Resources, usually installers, can be assigned to Tasks along with the equipment to be installed. Emails, Tasks, and Appointments can be exported to Microsoft Outlook. Appointments can be exported to Google calendars, and Outlook.com calendars.

 

Tasks can be used in conjunction with the optional product Mobile Install.

 

Tasks are managed in the Task Explorer:
