1/13/20 Client Update
Features
Allow for more project custom fields in project number format
Bugs
SI Visio drawing can take some time to load and can get stuck with “Scan Drawings” for a long time
SI may freeze when replacing a product in the AutoCAD.
Exclude items marked for deletion report definition is not working in the purchase order request report for pending change orders
Assigned change order filter should be enabled for calculated allowances
Fixed labor cost and price are not mass updating in project when labor calculation method is fixed and based on phase.
Purchase Order Receive Item dialog can close after scanning serial numbers
Project total may not show correctly in the select project or pending change order dialog
2/10/20 Client and Server Updates
The Server update is optional and can be applied when you have time. The Client update can be installed on all machines without updating your SI Server.
Client Features and Bugs
Service Plan Hours stock report (new report to display service orders on approved service plan)
Pending vendor partner requests can be removed when opening Connect Vendors Partners dialog
Labor unit price is changed for approved labor item by mass update
Can create products with category type package, allowance and bundle cable
Include Service plan and Great America financing options do not work in report groups on project reports
Remember search/filter options for add items from project dialog in purchase order
Wire connection warning when I/O label or signal or terminal has a space
Actual hours in service order tab of approved service plan do not update when service order information updated
Server Features and Bugs
Service plan item gets deleted in multiple service plans when deleted from a service plan
Product cost updates for partner suppliers do not account for UOM and do not set UOM for catalog product
Improve delete project speed on SI Server
Offline mode is not working
Automatically clean up server logs over 3 months old
4/7/2020 Client Update
Features
Allow users to map to an existing vendor when connecting to vendor partner
Improve Component ID format to include project fields Project Name, Project Number, Client Name, Client Number and Project Custom Fields 1-8, 11-14, and 27-30.
