Product Description

The Product description is a basic description of the Product. This description can be displayed on client reports, install reports and purchasing documents, or used to find Products via search. This field is also passed to QuickBooks through QuickLinks by default. There is a 255 character limit to this field.

Client Description

If this field is filled in it will be used on Client proposals instead of the Product Description to provide a more marketing oriented description. There is no character limit to this description.
