Proposals

Proposal by Price - Proposals that sort with the most expensive items first within each grouping

Proposals with Graphics - 8 variations of proposals with different graphic looks/colors. List price only

Proposals Install Price (with no Labor in Summary) - These three modified reports do not show the labor breakout in the Project Summary, instead the Equipment line included Unit Price Total + Labor Price Total as shown below:

Proposals Install Price (Total Installation Price in Summary) - These three modified reports only show a Total Installation Price at the end that includes Total Unit Price + Total Labor Price + Misc Parts % + Equipment +/-% as shown below:

Proposal w Images Labor and Equipment Total per Grouping With Labor Products- This proposal displays the equipment and labor totals for each grouping on the report. Misc Parts % and Equipment +/- % values are not included here, they are at the end of the report in the Project Summary section of the proposal. Labor Products do display on this report with their prices.

Proposal w Images Labor and Equipment Total per Grouping (Install Price) - Same report as above but this one was based on an "Install Price" report so Labor Items and their prices display on the report.

Line Item Detail With Margin - This report is based off of the stock Line Item Detail report and displays the Cost, Price, and Margin for products.

Proposal with Shipping & Handling - This proposal uses the MISC.COST field for Shipping & Handling

Proposal (Equip and Labor Price) - This proposal shows Equipment Price and Labor Price per line item in two column format.

Proposal by Priority- This proposal will sort your products based on Priority of your products.

Project Summary - This is a report that displays the same information as the Project Summary view.

Line Item Summary - This is a report that displays the same information as the Line Item Summary view.

Proposal with Images (Ignore Optional price value, Install Price) - This is a report that will allow you to add "optional" products to a project

Proposals (accessory price not included w Parent product) - This set of six reports, based off our stock proposals, do not include the price of the accessories with the parent product's price.

Proposals - No Page Breaks - This set of six reports, based off our stock proposals, removes the forcing of page breaks between groupings.  See here for more details and instructions on adding this modification to your own custom proposals.

Proposal with images - (No tax inclusion) - This proposal removes Tax calculations from proposal summary.

Change Order Reports

Change Order Reports - Four reports for running a Change Order based off of a Delta.  These are just the stock Proposal reports that display "Change Order" in the headers instead of "Proposal".

Management Reports

Detail Cost Summary with Misc. Costs - This report adds the Misc. Cost fields from a project to the bottom of the report and the overall Price of the project includes these adjustments.

Gross Profit with Misc. Costs - This report adds the Misc. Cost fields from a project to the bottom of the report and the overall Price of the project includes these adjustments.

Purchase Order Reports

Purchase Order Report - This Purchase Order Report uses the Client Description field instead of Product Description

Equipment Usage - Shows which projects individual pieces of equipment are used in

Forecasting Revenue - Shows estimated revenue by month based on payment schedule in selected projects

Install Hours by Month - Shows estimated install hours by month based on items in selected projects with work orders

Payment Schedule - Shows estimated payment dates and amounts for selected projects

Project Labor Analysis - Compares estimated vs. actual install hours by product for selected projects with work orders
