Here you can assign the specific Locations for Project. The [New…] buttons will change depending on what you have selected in the Locations field. Use the [Move Up] and [Move Down] buttons to position Location names up or down for each Location Type. The client “By Location” reports will present the locations in the order they are listed above.
The Details section at the bottom allows you to add a description and ID for each Location. See Location Types and Locations for details.
These location descriptions may be shown on client reports. Keep in mind that each Location at every level (Building, Floor, and Room for example) may have a description. On the reports these descriptions are concatenated together in the order presented in the hierarchy. So the description that shows up on a report for a particular room will be Building Description + Floor Description + Room Description.
