CSV Import/Export assumes US units

When using the MMPD Import or Export to CSV, all data in the CSV file is assumed to be in US units. This applies to the following data:

Dimensions: height, width, depth, weight

Bulk wire: MSRP, Unit Costs, Unit Prices, Unit Labor Hours

Workarounds: Metric users need to perform the following [LEARN MORE]

1) On import: in Excel, a)divide these fields by 25.4 to convert from millimeters to inches: height, width, depth; b) multiply weight by 2.2046 to convert from kilograms to pounds; c) for bulk wire products only (sold by length), divide these fields by 3.281 to convert from price/meter to price/foot: MSRP, UnitCosts, UnitPrices, UnitLaborHours

2) On export: in Excel, a)    multiply these fields by 25.4 to convert from inches to millimeters: height, width, depth; b) divide weight by 2.2046 to convert from pounds to kilograms; c) for bulk wire products only (sold by length), multiply these fields by 3.281 to convert from price/foot to price/meter: MSRP, UnitCosts, UnitPrices, UnitLaborHours
