Price Type A-C

Name the three levels of pricing in SI5.  Each product in SI5 can have up to three pricing levels.  If you only use one price per product, use “A” as this is the default for projects.

Equipment +/- (%)

This is a percentage that will be added to all non-labor Products (Products not assigned to the Category “Labor”) in a Project based on the Unit Price of the Product.  This number can be positive or negative.  This setting can be overridden on a per Phase basis.

Misc Parts (%)

This is a percentage that will be added to all non-labor Products (Products not assigned to the Category “Labor”) in a Project based on the Unit Price of the Product. This setting can be overridden on a per Phase basis.

The Misc Parts % and Equipment +/- % factors are used as part of the Installed Price calculation and are subject to the same tax as other non-labor Products.  These will show up as separate line items in the project summary section of client reports.  These two factors can be used in any way you choose such as Freight and Equipment Discounts.  However, you may need to modify the client report labels to match your intended use. The default labels for Misc Parts % and Equipment +/- % are “Misc Parts” and “Equipment Adjustment”, respectively.
