When to use this feature?

When you want to add pre-set text to a field.

Snippets are available for use in the following fields:

For Products - Long Description, and Custom Properties 12-14.

For Projects - Scope of Work, Notes, Location Descriptions, Task Notes.

For Service Orders - Notes
